Experience:

In addition to nearly 20 years as an educator and senior administrator in traditional and for-profit universities, Dr. Singletary also served as the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kentucky Counseling and Community Services (KCCCS). During his tenure as CEO, KCCS was the largest intensive outpatient treatment facility in the state of Kentucky. Dr. Singletary is also the Executive Director and founding partner of Ally Consulting Group, a multidimensional consulting firm that specializes in providing strategic solutions to corporations, institutions, and governmental entities. Dr. Singletary specializes in corporate culture and integration, corporate strategy and risk management, and regulatory compliance.
